Q | Can I bring my children to conference?
A | We would love to have your child at conference. A parents room is available during all conference sessions for Infants. For all children aged, 18 months to Grade 6, we have our FaithKids program running in both our Friday night session and Saturday day sessions for a small registration fee of $15 per child. Check In opens 30 minutes before each session. Please note that our Kids program will be finishing 15 minutes after the last session ends on each of the days.

Q | Will my children be fed during conference?
A | Yes! Your child will receive snacks at each session during conference.

Q | Will I need to pick up my children during the morning tea break?
A | No! While you get to enjoy a wonderful morning tea, your child will be looked after by our wonderful team and given a great morning tea as well.

Q | What is the family pass?
A | The Family Pass is to help make Soul Conference more affordable for families. It includes 2 Adults & 2 under 18’s with additional under 18’s receiving a complimentary registration. Conditions Apply; all must be from the same immediate family, registered at the same time & all children must be under 18yrs.

Q | Do I receive lunch at conference?
A | You will receive a delicious morning tea in between sessions on Saturday morning but conference will be finished by 1:30pm so lunch isn’t included.

Q | Do I need to register if I am just coming to the Friday Night session?
A | Yes, the conference begins and will be including the friday night session.

Q | Is there anything happening Sunday?
A | We will be having church services running over our 6 campuses on Sunday morning. For more information, please visit faithcc.com.au

Q | What if I lose my wristband?
A | If you lose or break your wristband, please head to the Information Desk for a replacement. There may be a minimal fee charged.

Q | What happens if I can no longer make it to conference?
A | All tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred. Please email us at info@faithcc.com.au with the name and details of the person that you would like your ticket to be transferred to.
